Be aware that the Department of Advanced Education and Skills with the Newfoundland & Labrador Government provides funding for many of these programs to those who qualify.To qualify you must be EI eligible (worked for 920 hours and been laid off and collecting unemployment insurance from the provincial government). This may be an option for you if you decided to work after high school and afterwards decided to attend post secondary.
